Case Study 1: Non-Profit Mission, Vision, and Values
A small but successful arts service organization struggling to meet their opportunities to grow reached out for mission, vision, and values coaching. Through a series of facilitated sessions, I guided the group to articulate their core values, dive deep into the “why” behind their work, and establish an organizational identity that serves their goals, honors their mission and values, and echoes through their foundational documents and strategic plan.
Case Study 2: Comms Department Restructuring
When a historic social impact organization needed to restructure their communications department, I was tasked with facilitating and documenting the transition. I led internal stakeholder interviews, created their first SOP, and developed presentations that documented and communicated the values-driven ‘why’ behind the department’s structural and working process shifts.
